About Us
Located in the heart of the Willamette Valley, our family has been farming here since the turn of the of the century. After much encouragement from family and friends it is here that I decided to start my carmel corn business with the recipe that has been in the family for generations. I air-pop all of my popcorn, and use only natural butter. Where many people use pre-packaged carmel I make all of my carmel with individual ingredients from scratch. Since this is a small business I have been able to keep my shop very adaptable to my customer's needs. Whether you are looking for 5 bags or 5,000 bags be certain that I can satisfy your need.
Our friends at Hazelnut Hill provide us with all of our Hazelnuts, which are dry roasted in a fluid bed roaster to bring out the fullest flavor. The Orchard shown below is located less than a quarter of a mile away from Honeybee Sweet Shop.
